I can't run a scan, it gives me error , , and directs me to a page where I should download the latest virus definitions. I've done that, it doesn't help, so I tried to download the Power Eraser, but when I follow the link, I get sent to the default "can't connect to page" error. I've tried in Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer, so I'm assuming the virus is blocking it.
